fROM THE AUTHOR'S SITE, "What is the "best-of-the-best"? I can't definitively say. However, I can tell you what I have chosen after endless ages of testing different applications. The following apps run on my Win98 system (230MHz Cyrix 6x86 CPU, 128M RAM) and Win95 system (1.2GHz Celeron, 256M RAM). I am also starting to test on a WinXP system, and any incompatibilities are and will be noted."
