Flow Ruler for Outlook Antispam Filters: Flow Ruler has a default Antispam Rule that you can modify in order to fit your needs. This Rule includes antispam filters that account for the elimination of Spam and they automatically detect non-desired emails.
They work with Spam Files and Junk Mail Files, which are files containing key words that you need to define at the beginning and you can continuously enhance as new non-desired emails are received.
From Flow Ruler toolbar in MS Outlook it is possible to quickly configure antispam filters and add key words just by clicking on:
Add to Spam feature: It allows you to automatically add the fields “Subject”, “From” and the body of the message to the Spam Files and/or to the Junk Mail files.
Junk Mail feature: It allows you to filter incoming messages based on the Contact List. In case the sender of the message is not in your Contact List, the message is sent to the Junk Mail folder.
Duplicated emails feature: It allows you to automatically remove duplicated incoming messages.
